 In order to timely identify and prevent violations of legislation and/or the Code of Corporate Ethics of CCGT Turkistan LLP, including cases of fraud, corruption, discrimination, unethical behavior and other violations related to the activities of CCGT Turkistan LLP, a hotline is functioning.

 In accordance with the Anti-Corruption and Fraud Policy of CCGT Turkistan LLP, you may report any incidents or suspected violations of applicable laws, embezzlement, fraud, corruption and other violations of basic business principles or the Code of Corporate Ethics of CCGT Turkistan LLP.

The Compliance Officer, in accordance with the Regulation on the Compliance Officer, is an employee of the Partnership responsible for ensuring compliance with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defining policies on combating corruption, monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption measures, as well as fostering an internal corporate culture based on transparency and integrity, and conducting business in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, best international practices, and the Partnership's internal regulatory documents.

2001 - Kostanay Legal Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RK, specialty: "Law Enforcement", "Jurist";

2009 - Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA), Master's program, Master of Jurisprudence.

Work Experience for the last 5 years (including senior management positions):

January 2026 – Present - Compliance Officer at "Turkestan CCGT" LLP;

2023 - 2025 - Officer for Particularly Important Cases (Detection of Corruption Offenses in the Budget Sector), Detection and Suppression Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency Department for the Zhambyl Region;

2021- 2023 - Head of the Operational Department for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption Cases, Anti-Corruption Service of the RK for the Turkestan Region;

2019 - 2021 - Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of Legality of Operational-Search Activities and Covert Investigative Actions at the Shymkent City Prosecutor's Office; Senior Prosecutor of the Enbekshi District Prosecutor's Office of Shymkent; Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor of Shymkent.
