Key components of the heat recovery steam generator from the Italian brand Nooter-Eriksen have been prepared at the manufacturing plants and delivered to the site of LLP "CCGT Turkistan" via modular trailers. Special permits for the transport of heavy and oversized vehicles were obtained for the transportation of the technological equipment.
Delivered items:
The main building and air duct for heat recovery steam generator No. 1 and 2
The diverter damper for heat recovery steam generator No. 1 and 2
The module for heat recovery steam generator No. 3 and 4
The bypass stack for heat recovery steam generator No. 1 and 2
"During the transportation of key technological components, the need for additional precautions arose. To ensure the safety of the cargo, GPS (Global Positioning System) sensors were installed, enabling real-time tracking of the equipment's location through a specialized monitoring system. Additionally, shock indicators were installed on the heat recovery steam generator," noted Yerlan SEILOV, Head of Logistics at LLP "CCGT Turkistan."
According to engineers, the next batch of CCGT equipment is currently on its way. The delivery process will continue according to the established schedule.
It should be noted that leading engineering companies with global reputations are involved in the creation of the largest energy facility in southern Kazakhstan. The project features industry leaders such as the German power plant equipment manufacturer Siemens Energy, the Czech Korean steam turbine supplier Doosan Skoda Power, and the Italian producer of heat recovery steam generators Nooter Eriksen.
