At a production meeting held at the CCGT Turkistan LLP construction site, participants reviewed the current status of construction and installation works, schedule compliance, coordination among contractors on site, and the organization of work in a way that ensures one stage does not interfere with another and that resources at key areas are used as efficiently as possible.
The meeting was attended by the company’s management led by Chairman of the Management Board Ulan Burkitov, as well as representatives of Doosan Enerbility, Integra Construction KZ, and technical supervision. The focus was on critical-path facilities that determine the timely commissioning of the plant and power export to the grid. Particular attention was paid to the readiness of high-tech units. At the gas preparation unit, preparations are underway for the installation of a fuel treatment system designed for multi-stage filtration of impurities and moisture. Contractors were instructed to mobilize additional resources, strengthen coordination, and reduce schedule slippage.
“Today, it is critically important for us not only to increase the pace, but also to ensure clear coordination of all works on site. Every critical-path facility must progress in sync with the other stages of construction, because the overall project schedule depends on it,” said Ulan Burkitov, Chairman of the Management Board of CCGT Turkistan LLP.
