Anti-Corruption Culture Training

The concepts of “Conflict of Interest,” “Anti-Corruption,” and “Corporate Ethics,” as well as other related topics, were addressed during a training seminar conducted by the Compliance Officer of CCGT Turkistan LLP, Zhanat Zhaksylykova, for newly hired employees.

In addition to standard occupational safety training and workplace orientation, new personnel undergo specialized training.

At the same time, all employees of the Partnership completed training and passed testing via the Documentolog Academy online platform on the topic: “Fundamentals of Anti-Corruption. Requirements of the Anti-Corruption Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

It should be noted that the company regularly conducts awareness and training activities in the field of anti-corruption. The Compliance Officer regularly provides reviews based on current events in Kazakhstan and globally, and monitors employees’ theoretical knowledge through testing. These efforts help ensure and maintain the required level of employee awareness.
