CCGT Turkistan and Siemens Energy Discuss Preparations for Commissioning of Main Equipment

The meeting was attended by Siamak Manipuri, Project Manager at Siemens Energy; engineering and technical specialists from CCGT Turkistan LLP, including international expert Gi Hong Yu; and representatives of Doosan Enerbility and Integra Construction KZ LLP.

The parties reviewed the current progress and schedule of commissioning activities, engineer certification, the issuance of required work permits and authorizations, and the coordination of specialists during preparations for the start-up of the gas turbine equipment.

Siemens Energy has supplied four gas turbines, generators, and auxiliary electrical equipment for the CCGT Turkistan project. The company’s specialists provide ongoing technical support at the construction site, monitoring compliance with technical requirements during equipment installation and integration into the plant’s systems.

Cooperation between CCGT Turkistan and Siemens Energy extends beyond equipment supply. In September 2026, during meetings in Germany, the parties agreed to cooperate on the training and professional development of energy sector specialists through the planned CCGT Turkistan Competence Center.
