Members of the Supervisory Board, company leadership, and key employees of CCGT Turkistan LLP came together for a workshop to jointly work on the company’s Development Strategy through 2035.
The strategic session was attended by Gabidulla Abdrakhimov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CCGT Turkistan LLP and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Operations at Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC; Alexey Repin, Member of the Supervisory Board of CCGT Turkistan LLP; as well as the company’s Management Board, led by Chairman Ulan Burkitov, and key employees.
The strategic session was facilitated by Natalya Rashitova, Head of the Skill Universe Professional Competence Development Center and a certified specialist in project management and change management.
The session was conducted in an interactive format, with theory immediately put into practice. Participants addressed real challenges facing the company as it transitions from the construction phase to power generation. During the workshop, they explored the future mission, vision, and development strategy of CCGT Turkistan LLP as the company prepares to enter the operational phase.
The strategic session at CCGT Turkistan was held in partnership with Samruk Business Academy, the corporate training and personnel development center for the Samruk-Kazyna JSC Group.
