CCGT Turkistan LLP: Accelerating Construction Progress and Preparing to Deliver First Power

The Chairman of the Management Board of CCGT Turkistan LLP, Ulan Burkitov, held a regular weekly on-site meeting at the construction site of the future combined-cycle power plant. The purpose of the visit was to inspect the work completed over the past week and to ensure the project is being implemented strictly in line with the approved schedule.

The meeting was attended by the management of CCGT Turkistan LLP, as well as authorized representatives of the general contractor consortium comprising Doosan Enerbility and Integra Construction KZ.

During the site walkdown, the delegation reviewed all work scopes under the project: "Construction of a 1,000 MW combined-cycle power plant in Sairam District, Turkistan Region. Main site. Excluding external engineering networks.” The participants assessed ongoing progress at the facilities, discussed existing challenges, and agreed on specific measures to address them.

The meeting also focused on critical planning issues related to the phasing and sequencing of construction and installation works required to ensure the delivery of first power in 2026. Following the discussion, Ulan Burkitov instructed the teams to implement strict measures to increase the pace of construction and installation works across all work scopes and to significantly expand production manpower at the sub-sites in order to ensure unconditional compliance with the approved project deadlines.
