Election of a New Chairman of the Board of LLP "CCGT Turkistan"  

By the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Construction" No. 214 dated January 17, 2025, Bektemirov Kuanysh Abdugalievich has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of LLP "CCGT Turkistan".
The new Chairman of the Board was introduced to the staff of the company "CCGT Turkistan" on January 20, 2025, by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LLP "CCGT Turkistan," Deputy Head of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Construction," Ilyas Aldazharov.
Kuanysh Bektemirov has over 30 years of experience in the electric power industry, including leadership positions within the group of companies of the "Samruk-Kazyna" Fund.
He has a number of state and departmental awards and has been honored with the title of "Honored Energy Specialist of the CIS."
It should be noted that LLP "CCGT Turkistan" was established in April 2022 as a 100% subsidiary of JSC "NFB 'Samruk-Kazyna'" for the implementation of a project for the construction of a 1000 MW CCGT power plant. In accordance with the decision of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" (No. 1975-I dated September 30, 2024), 100% of the equity interest in the authorized capital of LLP "CCGT Turkistan" has been transferred to the trust management of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Construction."
