New turbines and generators delivered to the “CCGT Turkistan” site

The project for the construction of a power plant based on a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) in the Turkistan region has received a new batch of key equipment. Two steam turbines from Doosan Skoda Power (Czech Republic) and their generators manufactured by Siemens Energy (Germany) have been delivered to the construction site of LLP “CCGT Turkistan”.

This is the second major delivery in recent times. In September, a gas turbine with its generator was also delivered to the site. The logistics followed a complex route: from the Port of Hamburg (Germany) through the Chinese ports of Caofeidian and Tianjin, and then by land to the construction site in the Sairam district.

All deliveries are carried out within the framework of cooperation with the consortium leader, Doosan Enerbility, ensuring the timely and reliable arrival of high-tech equipment for the future 1000 MW power plant.
